Paul Robinson Named North American President of Ignition Entertainmentback

SAN DIEGO, Calif. , May 1, 2006 – Ignition Entertainment, a worldwide developer and publisher of interactive software, announced today the appointment of Paul Robinson as the company's North American President.

Robinson brings to his position 25 years of corporate experience, with more than eight years in the videogame industry as the Director of International Sales for Mad Catz Inc. During his tenure with the PC and videogame accessory supplier, Robinson worked vigorously to expand their international sales territory in over 25 countries as well as handling Mad Catz' European licensing and first party agreements.

During the past two years Robinson has worked with Holland-based i2 Studios and Draxter BV , facilitating their OEM business as well as introducing their brands into the United Kingdom , Spain , Australia , and South America .

As the North American President, Robinson will work closely with Ignition Entertainment's headquarters to ensure that the company is strategically aligned for future success in the videogame space. He will also be responsible for developing and implementing the North American expansion efforts.
