| Required characteristics (/skills and abilities etc) | Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to create multiple ideation sketches as well as finished/polished paintings. Strong understanding of color theory and lighting. Solid figure drawing/painting skills - including a firm knowledge of anatomy, gesture, mood. Excellent skills creating environments - including good sense of perspective, style and mood. Ability to generate creative props that convey clear shape, texture and color. Proactive and professional work ethic. Proficient Photoshop skills. 3d knowledge is a plus. |
