| Job Description | Oversee the creation of levels. Manage employees and track tasks to ultimately assure a quality product. Implement/prototype a variety of Kismet situations, as well as conceptualizing the gameplay experience of the player within a given level; outlining events and the environmental layout. |

| Required characteristics (/skills and abilities etc) | Lead or senior level design experience on at least one major shipped action title on next-gen platform, preferrably FPS. Able to work within established gameplay mechanics to design suitable environments for incredible action sequences. Highly motivated, proactive, with the leadership ability to interface with scripting and environment-artist teams of 8-12 people. Demonstrable artistic sensibility to design towards aesthetic goals (along with art director, environment, and concept artists), & gameplay sensibility to incorporate mechanical goals (with game director). Unreal Engine & 3dsmax experience preferred. |
